21-Jun-2021:  I thought I'd better check out the pre-relay scene in St Kilda Road outside the NGV. Unfortunately you can't get much elevation to look down on the works, but I photographed the regular workings anyway.

After the previous day's rain, it was brilliantly clear. The regular workings were pretty colourful.
